Exceptional Architect-Designed House – Albert Bontridder (1958)

A remarkable work by architect Albert Bontridder, built in 1958 and later extended by the architect himself, this house is a true modernist masterpiece imbued with poetry.

Spanning approx. 290 sqm (gross) on a 557 sqm plot, it underwent a complete renovation in 2022, scrupulously respecting the original design while integrating modern comfort standards: new boiler, high-performance insulation, underfloor heating, new window frames, compliant electricity, custom-made cabinetry and worktops, polished concrete floors, wooden parquet, and a VIPP kitchen.
